Dr. Ali Alshehri

Dr. Ali Alshehri received the bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in 2006; and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Nano-electronics engineering from the University of Surrey, Guildford, England, in 2009 and 2013, respectively. He is currently a Science Research Specialist at Saudi Aramco Research Center at KAUST. Prior to pursuing his graduate studies in the U.K., he worked at Siemens Company, in 2006, as an Automation and Low Voltage Engineer. He also completed his two years research postdoctoral program from 2019 to 2021 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA, USA. His research interests are focused on the radio frequency (RF) Nano-electronics engineering, materials electronics, meta-materials, and sensing solutions.
